ABOUT JEANNIE

Jeannie David, a resident and practitioner based in Gilroy, California, combines her roles as a Reiki master teacher and shamanic practitioner to offer healing on emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. With her unique talents, she performs attunements by channelling energy into her clients through sacred rituals, opening the flow of energy within their bodies to allow the free flow of life force energy, known as qi. Jeannie’s expertise lies in various healing modalities, including soul retrieval, where she assists clients in reclaiming lost aspects of themselves due to trauma.

From an early age, Jeannie felt a strong drive to help others, though it wasn’t until the early 2000s that she fully embraced her calling. After encountering a shaman, she embarked on a five-year journey of intensive study, discovering her natural aptitude for energy work, often referred to as “hot hands.” Over time, her abilities grew more potent and refined, leading her to become a Reiki master teacher. Combining her knowledge and skills, Jeannie embarked on a mission to aid individuals in their healing journeys.

Shamanism involves practitioners entering altered states of consciousness to connect and interact with what they perceive as the spirit world. They channel these transcendent energies into the physical realm. In contrast, Reiki is an energy healing technique categorized under alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners employ palm healing, using their hands to transfer universal energy to the patient, facilitating emotional and physical healing. Jeannie’s psychic gifts first became apparent in second grade when she experienced visions and heard her grandfather’s presence after his passing. As a self-identified intuitive empath with mediumship abilities, she possesses clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient faculties, enabling her to see, hear, and feel the emotions of spirits.

One of the fundamental aspects contributing to Jeannie’s success is her sensitivity to her clients’ needs. She approaches her work with understanding and empathy, recognizing the significance of the intimate nature of her practice. She holds deep gratitude for the trust her clients place in her, acknowledging the weight it carries. Having personally endured a near-fatal car accident in 2004, during which she underwent 12 foot surgeries to heal her own body, Jeannie understands the challenges and hardships many of her clients face.

Jeannie attributes her accomplishments to her open heart and unwavering integrity. If a specific type of work is deemed inappropriate, she exercises transparency by declining the task and prioritizing the well-being of those she serves.
